The ELI housing program at Studio Green offers competitive family and individual rates which are paid for by the session (approximately every 8 weeks).
When moving into Studio Green, you must pay the entire session fee before the session begins (on the day of move in) by check, money order, or credit card. Please note that you will not receive your key until we receive your full payment.

At the end of your 8 week session, you must first inform the ELI Housing Coordinator at the University of Delaware, of your intent to stay another session with us, or if you will be moving out. If you choose to stay an additional session, you should immediately go to the Studio Green Centre to sign a new lease and pay for the next session up front. You must sign a new lease and pay for the upcoming session at the end of every session.
What Is Included?
When you move into Studio Green, you will be receiving an all-inclusive package. This means that your apartment will be completely furnished (couch, chair, coffee table, end table, dining table and chairs, bed frame and mattress, night stand, and credenza).
Your apartment should also include lamps and a television. If you are missing any of these items, please come to the Studio Green office and we will be happy to provide you with one. Studio Green does not provide bedding/pillows, or shower curtains. Residents may purchase items at a local retailer.
Internet is also complimentary at Studio Green. In order to access the Internet, you must plug your computer into the wall with an Ethernet chord. You may purchase this chord at almost any nearby store. You may also purchase a wireless router from a nearby store if you would like to have wireless internet access.
In addition to all of this, we hire an outside cleaning company to clean your apartment in between every ELI session.
What happens if something is wrong with my apartment?
Please contact the Studio Green office, or the ELI Housing Coordinator, if you have any problems in your apartment. We will place a work order and maintenance will come to your apartment to fix the problem within 48 hours of placing the work order.
Parking Information
We allow one car per bedroom. All cars must have their parking pass displayed in the front right section of the windshield. In order to obtain a parking pass, you must bring a valid driver’s license and car registration (international license is fine). All guests must park in designated guest parking which are marked with green lines.
Programming
Studio Green hosts a variety of programs so that you can meet other ELI students and your neighbors. Pay attention to your bulletin boards in your building; they are located inside your building, next to the front door, and will have information about exciting programs and events taking place at Studio Green! If you have any questions about events, please call the office and ask any Studio Green employee.
Property Amenities
Our property offers a state of the art amenities building called the Centre. This building houses the leasing office where you can address any concerns you may have, a movie theatre for movie and TV viewing, a computer lab with complimentary printing, a gaming room (ping pong, pool, foozeball), several flat screen TVs, a study/lounge area, an indoor basketball court, free stand up tanning, a gym, an outdoor pool and spa, and a grilling area. All of these amenities are included when you live with us at Studio Green!
The Centre hours are from 7am-10pm Monday-Friday, and from 10am to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parties or group sessions in the Centre must be scheduled in advance. Each resident is permitted two guests and must be with their guests at all times.
There is also an Acme within a few short miles of the property for students to purchase groceries, as well as several restaurants that are within walking distance for students to enjoy. You will be sure to find everything you need nearby to help make your stay with us as comfortable as possible!
